例1男,57岁。以间断性腹泻3年,黑便1周入院。患者近3年来经常出现腹泻,大便呈黏液或糊状,量不多,每日5～6次,无发热、腹痛、里急后重感,未做过特殊检查。经常服用中药治疗,时轻时重。近1周无明显诱因腹泻症状加重,大便呈稀水样,有时为黑色糊状。自觉头晕、乏力、不思饮食,体重下降约10kg。消化道钡透示结肠多发性息肉。以“结肠息肉,消化道出血,慢性肠炎”收入院。查体:T36.7℃,P78次/min,R20次/min,BP140/90mmHg。呈贫血外貌,皮肤黏膜无色素沉着,颜面稍浮肿,球结膜苍白,巩膜无黄染,
