本专利发明的非水系磷化处理液含有机溶剂、磷酸和一种蒽醌的衍生物。其中蒽醌衍生物的添加,可较彻底地排除磷化膜中的有害浮灰,大大地提高膜的致密性,耐蚀性及其与涂装层的结合力。再者,这是一种集脱脂、磷化、水洗于一身的磷化液,外理时间及生产工艺线短,槽液寿命长。本发明的配方(％)为:CH_2Cl_2 73 MeOH20.0 H_2O5.2 H_3PO_41.01 尿素0.4 HCOOMe0.3和蒽醌衍生物0.09。钢板在20秒中内浸入上述处理液中三次,即可获得厚为2.2μm 且无任何挂灰的磷化膜(西德专利)。
