丰富和活跃群众文化活动,是提升城乡文化软实力的重要内容,也是群众日益增长的精神文化现实需求。近年来,福清市通过搭建“四大平台”强力推进群众文化活动深入铺展,对当前促进公共文化服务体系建设具有一定的借鉴意义。
Enriching and active mass cultural activities is an important part of enhancing the soft power of urban and rural culture, as well as the growing spiritual and cultural realities of the masses. In recent years, Fuqing City has vigorously promoted mass cultural activities through the establishment of “four platforms” and has a certain reference value for the current promotion of public cultural service system.
