提高教学质量是每个教师教学活动的根本目标,而提高教学质量的关键是要提高教学效率。教育学家杜威说:“一个有效的反应就是能完成一个可以看到的结果。”教师的教学行为是教师引起、维持或促进学生学习的行为。教学行为是否有效,一看教师的行为是否是学生学习数学的兴趣所在;二看学生在学习的过程中有没有获得了被激励的评价;三看学生对教师教学能力的信任。
Improving teaching quality is the fundamental goal of each teacher’s teaching activities. The key to improving teaching quality is to improve teaching efficiency. Dewey, an educator, said: “An effective response is to achieve a visible result.” Teacher’s teaching behavior is the behavior that teachers cause, maintain or promote students to learn. Whether the teaching behavior is effective or not, whether teachers’ behaviors are the students’ interest in learning mathematics or not; whether the students get the motivation evaluation in the process of learning; and III. The students’ trust in the teaching ability of teachers.
