概况变应性亚败血症早在1943年国外由Wissler首先报道,1969年以前国外以此名称报告者约60余例,国内1964年由王泰昌首次报道,以后徐立人等相继报告,并日渐增多,到1982年前大约有120多例,目前据不完全统计已越200例。大概情况如下。 1.名称较多目前国内外习用变应性亚败血症(Subsepsis allergica)一名称。西欧大陆文献通称本症为Wissler—Fanconis syndrome。还有Wissler’s syndrome,Subsepsis hyperegia,过敏性亚败血症,过敏性周期热,变应性类败血症,类风湿病型等名称。
