在产业转型升级和企业体制改革的大背景下,企业对高职院校学生职业素质的培养提出了新的要求。笔者首先提出基于游戏化职业素质课堂教学与班组长制管理模式相融合,应用到实训课堂教学管理中的重要意义;其次对基于游戏化职业素质课程内容的设计与应用,班组长制管理模式的设计与实施展开深入的分析与论述;最后通过调查分析,证明通过这种模式实训后进入企业的学生具有良好的职业素质,与未参加的学生相比,岗位适应性和工作稳定性更好。
