随着中国城市化进程的发展,大量耕地被城市征用,农业机械的普及,城市与城市之间的经济发展落差等原因,导致大量人口离开户籍所在地,涌入到其他城市务工。根据权威统计,流动人口犯罪已经成为我国犯罪群体的主要构成。如何有效的管理流动人口,遏制流动人口的高发犯罪,是我国所必须面对的一个较为突出的社会问题。
With the development of urbanization in China, a large amount of arable land has been requisitioned by cities, the popularization of agricultural machinery, the economic development gap between cities and cities and other reasons, resulting in a large number of people leaving the place of household registration and influx of workers in other cities. According to authoritative statistics, the crime of floating population has become the main component of the criminal groups in our country.
