山西省阳城是全国重点产煤县之一。1996年这个县的煤炭运销公司紧紧围绕“多发煤快收款”的中心任务,自加压力,负重赶超,使煤炭发运量大幅度增长。截止10月底,已发运煤炭348万吨(其中铁路发运24万吨),比1995年同期多发运124万吨,占全年承包指标335万吨的104％,提前两个月完成全年任务,取得了公司历史上煤炭外运的最好成绩。
Yangcheng, Shanxi Province, is one of the key coal-producing counties in the country. In 1996, the county’s coal transportation and distribution company focused on the central task of “quick collection of multiple coal deposits” and increased its coal shipments by self-imposed pressure and heavy load catch-up. As of the end of October, 3.48 million tons of coal have been shipped (240,000 tons of railways have been shipped), 1.24 million tons more than in the same period of 1995, accounting for 104% of the annual contract target of 3.35 million tons. It completed the full-year mission two months ahead of schedule, Achieved the best result in the company’s history of coal transportation.
