目的:分离鉴定仙鹤草降糖活性部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20柱等常压柱色谱手段进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从仙鹤草中分得8个化合物,并鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、(2R,3R)-(+)-花旗松素(3)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(4)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、阿魏酸(7)、没食子酸(8)。结论:化合物3,7,8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of the site of hypoglycemic activity of Agrimony. Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 column under atmospheric pressure. Their structures were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Eight compounds were isolated from Agrimony and identified as β-sitosterol (1), daucosterol (2), (2R, 3R) - 3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (4), quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (5), quercetin- Glucoside (6), ferulic acid (7), gallic acid (8). Conclusion: Compounds 3, 7 and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
