模糊语言理论的形成过程一直可以追溯到20世纪初,属于语言学界一个崭新的领域。早在1923年,英国著名哲学家罗素(B.Russell)首次在《论模糊性》这篇论文中明确提出:“整个语言都或多或少是模糊的。”1965年,由美国控制论专家札德(L.A.Zadeh)创立的模糊集合论,在语言学界产生了深远影响,对语言学的研究起了积极的推动作用。1979年,我国学者伍铁平教授发表了一篇题为“模糊语言初探”的论文,这篇论文首次将模糊语言学理论引入中国,这标志着模糊语言学在我国的诞生。
The formation of vague language theory can be traced back to the beginning of the 20th century and belongs to a brand new field of linguistics. As early as 1923, B. Russell, the famous English philosopher, made it clear for the first time in his essay on fuzziness: “The entire language is more or less vague.” In 1965, controlled by the United States On the basis of fuzzy set theory founded by expert LAZadeh, it has had far-reaching influence in the field of linguistics and played a positive role in promoting the study of linguistics. In 1979, Professor Wu Tieping, a scholar of our country, published an essay titled “A Preliminary Study of Vague Language”, which for the first time introduced fuzzy linguistic theory into China, which marked the birth of vague linguistics in our country.
