塑封功率管是非气密性结构的器件,它和金属封装的功率管结构不同,表现在塑料与金属散热板之间交界接触面积较大,它在工作状态时,功率管壳温较高等特点.它在生产过程中经常会出现一些质量问题.在国外,由于塑料性能的不断改善,注塑成形工艺的进步,模具结构、精度的提高,因此在大量生产中已获妥善解决.在国内尚待进一步的研究,目前主要表现为如下一些现象:(1)界面开裂;(2)塑料中的气孔;(3)内引线断裂或开路;(4)塑封功率管的热疲劳失效.本文重点叙述(1)、(2)问题的工作体
