为探讨癌细胞淋巴管侵润转移机理,对8例人的直肠腺癌的癌周围组织和转移淋巴结以及5例正常人的直肠组织和淋巴结,采用免疫组织化学方法,检测ICAM-1和CEA的表达。结果显示癌周直肠组织中的淋巴管及转移的淋巴结中的淋巴管内皮细胞均有ICAM-1和CEA的表达。由此提示在癌细胞沿淋巴管转移过程中,ICAM-1和CEA是介导癌细胞和淋巴管内皮细胞稳定粘附的分子。
To investigate the mechanism of invasion and metastasis of lymphatic vessels in cancer cells, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ICAM-1 and CEA in 8 cases of rectal adenocarcinoma surrounding tissues and metastatic lymph nodes and 5 cases of normal human rectum and lymph nodes. expression.
