在知识经济时代,人力资源已经成为企业的第一资源,而员工的胜任力则是企业核心竞争力的关键因素。对于知识型企业来说,传统的薪酬管理已经不能适应其发展了,于是基于胜任力的薪酬管理便应运而生。在这种新的薪酬管理体系下,随着员工胜任力的不断提高,知识型企业的核心竞争力也得到了增强,同时也满足了员工对于更高报酬的渴求。基于胜任力的薪酬管理,有助于知识型企业吸引人才、留住人才和鼓励人才。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, human resources have become the first resource of enterprises, and the competency of employees is the key factor of the core competitiveness of enterprises.
