延续上一期专题的主题,在2006年即将结束的日子,我们迎来了一场“重估杭州价值”的大讨论,暨2006杭州房地产年终峰会。楼市杂志作为主办方,盛邀专家、开发商100余人,大家济济一堂,各自畅谈了对杭州价值和市场前景的认识。作为峰会支持单位,浙江省房地产业协会会长唐世定做了2006年浙江省房地产市场回顾与2007年趋势展望的专题演讲。而来自上海、本地的金融、规划、社会学等各方面专家为峰会带来了精彩的观点,同时,与会的企业代表也纷纷发言。在新旧年交替之际,我们怀着诚挚的心情,来掀起这个具有非常意义的命题讨论——重估杭州价值,为的是更好地总结过去,展望未来。
Continuation of the theme of the previous issue, in the coming days of 2006, we ushered in a “revaluation of the value of Hangzhou,” the great debate, and 2006 Hangzhou Real Estate Year-end Summit. As the organizers of the property market magazine, Sheng invited experts, developers more than 100 people, we work together, each talked about the value of Hangzhou and market prospects.
