目前,福鼎市3个街道和重点乡镇都设立了劳动保障事务所,12个社区都设立了劳动保障工作站,每个所、站都配备了专、兼人员,实现了劳动保障平台建设的目标,充分发挥了职能作用。共提供就业岗位1860多个,有近700名下岗失业人员实现了再就业。为了强化社区就业服务,除了实行电脑动态管理,促进就业与再就业外,主要做法是:搞好再就业援助活动,为弱势群体服务。立足社区平台,结合社区公益性岗位的开发,各社区首先对本辖区内的“4050”大龄就业困难对象及下岗特困职工做好调查工作,做到底子清情况明,开展再就业援助行动。与此同时,各社区对社区治安、市场管理、环境管理、物业管理等管理性的就业岗位和保安、保洁、保绿等公益性服务岗位进行调查摸底,开发就业岗位,拓宽
