六技工矿(集团)有限责任公司自2000年重组以来,充分认识到企业要振兴,人才是关键.企生要发展,人才是保证.集团公司坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,认真落实中央和省委关于人才工作的一系列方针政策,把人才工作摆到重要的工作日程,积极实施人才强企战略,加大人才工作力度,推动人才工作不断取得新的成效,促进了企业稳步发展。企业重组5年,实现了五大指标的新突破:2004年与企业重组前的1999年相比,销售收入由1.95亿元提高到6.97亿元,增长357%;上交税金由1546万元提高到5800万元,增长370%;盈亏由过去30年连续亏损,到重组前亏损额高达1.080亿元,企业重组后连续五年实现盈利,2004年实现利润739万元;煤炭年设计能力由195万吨提升到现在的510万吨,提高260%;职工年人均收入由5000元突破一万元,增长100%以上。集团公司人才队伍建设工作着力把握四个环节,实现了“四抓四促进”:
