班级是学生集体的基层组织,是学生共同学习、生活的地方。班主任是全面负责一个教学班学生的思想、学习、健康和生活等工作的领导者、组织者和教育者。班主任的工作对一个班集体起着决定性的作用。
Class is a collective grassroots organization of students, where students learn and live together. The head teacher is the leader, organizer and educator who is fully responsible for the ideological, learning, health and life work of a teaching class student. Class teacher’s work on a class collective play a decisive role.
