目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清瘦素水平与性别、体重指数及胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法随机选108例2型糖尿病患者根据体重指数BMI(身高/体重2)分为糖尿病肥胖组和糖尿病正常BMI组,均测量身高、体重、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹真胰岛素(FTI)、空腹瘦素(LP)及馒头餐后2h真胰岛素(PTI),以ISI=1/(FBG×FTI)作为胰岛素敏感指数,对瘦素与性别、BMI、空腹和餐后胰岛素及胰岛素敏感指数做相关性分析。结果⑴糖尿病肥胖组的瘦素、体重指数和胰岛素水平高于糖尿病正常BMI组,胰岛素敏感性指数糖尿病肥胖组低于糖尿病正常BMI组。⑵糖尿病肥胖组和糖尿病正常BMI组女性瘦素均明显高于男性。⑶直线相关性分析表明瘦素与性别显著相关,瘦素与体重指数和空腹胰岛素呈明显正相关,与ISI呈明显负相关。结论2型糖尿病患者血清瘦素与性别、体重指数、胰岛素抵抗密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum leptin level and gender, body mass index and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods A total of 108 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) were randomly divided into diabetic obesity group and normal BMI group according to body mass index (BMI), body weight, fasting blood glucose (FPG), fasting true insulin (FTI) Leptin (LP) and postprandial 2h postprandial insulin (PTI), and ISI = 1 / (FBG × FTI) as insulin sensitivity index were used to correlate leptin with sex, BMI, fasting and postprandial insulin and insulin sensitivity index Sexual analysis. Results (1) The leptin, body mass index and insulin level in diabetic obesity group were higher than those in normal BMI group. The insulin sensitivity index diabetic obesity group was lower than that in normal BMI group. (2) Leptin levels in diabetic obesity group and normal BMI group were significantly higher than those in male. Linear correlation analysis showed that leptin was significantly associated with gender, leptin and body mass index and fasting insulin was positively correlated, and ISI was significantly negatively correlated. Conclusions Serum leptin in type 2 diabetic patients is closely related to gender, body mass index and insulin resistance.
