任何一位有才干的企业领导者,在现代社会中,都不可能单枪匹马地成就事业,他都需要十分理智地在自己的周围建立起有效的共事关系,这既关系到企业领导者个人的品德修养,也关系到企业能否兴旺发达。如何建立有效的共事关系,以笔者之见,应坚持以下七项原则。首先,要坚持目标认同原则,这是建立有效共事关系的重要思想基础。如果领导者们对事业的发展缺乏大家共同确认的目标和企业发展战略,那么在领导层中就会产生同床异梦,各有所思的离心离德的倾向。这当然谈不上什么有效共事。只有坚持目标认同原则,才能激发大家群策群力,为共同所确认、所遵守(遵循)、所实践的目标、方向而努力奋斗。管理学中讲的“目标激励法”就是这个道理。
Any talented corporate leader cannot achieve a single career in modern society. He needs to be very sensible to establish an effective relationship around himself. This is related to the personal qualities of the corporate leader. Cultivation also affects whether the company can thrive. How to establish an effective relationship, in the opinion of the author, should adhere to the following seven principles. First of all, we must adhere to the principle of goal recognition. This is an important ideological foundation for establishing an effective relationship. If leaders lack the goals and development strategies that are mutually recognized by the development of their careers, they will have the same dreams in the leadership, and they will tend to have a tendency to deviate from morality. Of course, this is not a valid cooperation. Only by adhering to the principle of goal recognition can we inspire everyone to work together and strive hard for the common recognition, observance (observation), goal and direction of practice. The principle of “target incentives” in management is this principle.
