粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)是一种多功能的造血生长因子,具有促进恢复骨髓造血和增强机体免功能的生物学作用。目前有研究表明GM-CSF能加速创面愈合。临床上已经将GM-CSF用于慢性创面的治疗,并取得满意的效果。为此,我们对GM-CSF在创面愈合中的作用做一综述。
Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is a multifunctional hematopoietic growth factor that has the biological role of promoting the recovery of bone marrow hematopoiesis and enhancing the body’s immune function. There are studies show that GM-CSF can accelerate wound healing. GM-CSF has been clinically used for the treatment of chronic wounds and achieved satisfactory results. To this end, we review the role of GM-CSF in wound healing.
