随着经济的发展和教育改革的深化高职教育受到各方面的关注,政府提高政策引导的力度发展高职教育。高职院校设置调整、数量增加、招生规模扩大,但是师资力量却落后于发展的速度,聘请兼职教师成为最佳解决途径。但是在管理外聘教师方面存在一定问题。本文从外聘教师作为高职院校教师资源的重要组成部分部分和交流的关键途径等方面分析了外聘教师的积极作用,并揭示出外聘教师出现的一些问题,从外聘教师的来源管理、绩效管理以及增加认同感等几个方面提出对外聘教师加强管理的策略。
With the development of economy and the deepening of education reform, higher vocational education has been paid attention to by all aspects. The government has enhanced its policies and guided efforts to develop higher vocational education. Higher vocational colleges set the adjustment, the number increased, enlarging enrollment, but the strength of teachers is lagging behind the pace of development, hire part-time teachers to become the best solution.
