激光在辐射诱变中已被国内外广泛应用。为探讨激光的诱变机制并进一步提供资料,本文着重讨论激光与~(60)Co—γ射线复合处理大麦干种子对其根尖细胞染色体畸变率,M_2叶绿体突变和性状变异的规律。材料和方法供试材料为“三八”春性大麦。将其用本所~(60)Co源3万伦、4万伦剂量(剂量率为94伦/分)照射后,再用脉冲紫外激光器照射种子胚部。波长3371A,脉冲宽度小于10毫微秒,输出能量0.1毫焦耳。处理时间0.5分、1分、2分和3分。以未处理的为对照。细胞学
Laser in radiation mutagenesis has been widely used at home and abroad. In order to discuss the mechanism of laser mutagenesis and to provide further information, this paper focuses on the rule of chromosome aberration rate, M 2 chloroplast mutation and trait variation of barley dry seeds treated by laser combined with ~ (60) Co-γ rays.
