公民意识的广泛确立是西方国家不断进步的内在动因和最坚实的社会基础。公民教育已成为世界各国教育共同关注的课题。本文通过总结比较法美英俄四国公民教育的发展概况,提出加强我国公民教育的对策建议;即教育目标明确,注重政治性和阶级性;教育内容丰富,注重阶段性和层次性;教育方式多样,注重隐蔽性和渗透性;教育途径广泛,注重整体性与一致性。
The widespread establishment of civic awareness is the inherent motivation and the most solid social foundation for the progressive progress of Western countries. Civic education has become a common issue of education in countries all over the world. By summarizing the development of civic education in the United States, Britain and Russia, and the four countries, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen civic education in China. That is, education aims at a clear, political and classistic level; education is rich in content, focusing on stage and hierarchy; Concealment and permeability; extensive education, focusing on integrity and consistency.
