李安作为世界电影华人导演的典范,无疑是电影界一座里程碑式的存在。李安的成功,不仅仅是因为他的电影的美学价值,更在于他的跨文化的能力。在李安的电影中,不仅反映了离散族裔的双重文化与身份的尴尬妥协,同时也表现离散族裔突破了其身份的限制,从被同情者走向对话者的转变。
Ang Lee as the world’s film director of Chinese models, no doubt a landmark film industry exists. Ang Lee’s success, not only because of the aesthetic value of his film, but also his ability to cross-cultural. In Ang Lee’s films, it not only reflects the embarrassing compromise between the dual cultures and identities of separated ethnic groups, but also shows that the ethnic minorities have broken the limits of their status and shifted from being sympathizers to interlocutors.
