2009年12月27日,中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理温家宝在北京就当前经济形势、明年经济工作和其他问题回答记者提问。对于房价上涨过快问题,温总理说,今年房地产有了比较快的恢复,但同时房价在一些地区和城市上涨过快,也引起了中央高度重视。
On December 27, 2009, Wen Jiabao, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Premier of the State Council, answered a reporter’s question in Beijing on the current economic situation, economic work next year and other issues. For the issue of excessive house price increases, Premier Wen Jiabao said real estate has recovered fairly rapidly this year, but at the same time house prices have risen too fast in some areas and cities, and this has drawn great attention from the Central Government.
