众所周知,班主任在学校的地位很重要,是一个班级的主导,在小学教育中最为核心,对启蒙的孩子来说,班主任一定要做好引导,保证小学生的健康成长。

As we all know, the class teacher’s position in the school is very important. It is a class leading and the core of primary education. For the enlightened children, the class teacher must be well-guided so as to ensure the healthy growth of the pupils.
