新世纪的第一个春节,陕西省旬阳县棕溪镇王院村群众给村党支部书记陈分新送去了一副对联。上联:十年磨一剑为村民谋幸福;下联:一心接一客迎小康到王院;横批:我们书记。这副对联,是王院千余农民内心情感的真诚流露,是陈分新带领全村群众由贫穷走向富裕的真实写照,浓缩了他忠诚实践“三个代表”的光辉历程。他悄悄地把镇党委的任命书揣进了口袋,执意让党员“海选”掌旗人。
The first Spring Festival in the new century saw the masses of people in Wangyuan Village, Brown Township, Xunyang County, Shaanxi Province, send Chen Cixin, secretary of the Party branch of the village, a couplet. This couplet is a true expression of the inner feelings of more than a thousand peasants in Wang Yuan and a true portrayal of Chen Zixin, who led the masses of the entire village from poverty to affluence, and concentrated on the glorious course of his loyalty to the practice of “three represents.” He quietly put the town party committee’s appointment book into his pocket, determined to let the party members.
