最近,中共湖北省委宣传部、省委企业工委、省社会科学院和省邮电局、省邮政局、省移动通信公司共同举办了企业思想政治工作创新研讨会。150多名企业家、政工干部和专家学者出席会议,有80多篇论文在会上交流。代表们按照江泽民同志提出的“三个代表”的要求,重点围绕思想政治工作是“生命线”、创新是思想政治工作的“生命力”、政工队伍是思想政治工作的“生力军”进行了深入研讨,取得了丰硕的成果。与会代表以《毛泽东邓小平江泽民论思想政治工作》为指导,联系企业实际,提出了企业思想政治工作应树立以下十种意识:
