我院1988～1993年发生住院猝死61例,现报告如下:1 临床资料 61例均为发病至入院未超过24小时之死亡者;原发病基本稳定,但因其他病突发而于24小时内死亡者。男性31例,女性30例。年龄3个月～95岁,平均为68.1岁。其中<20岁3例,20岁～1例,30岁～2例,40岁～2例,50岁～4例,60岁～10例,70岁～21例,80岁～15例,>90岁3例。60～89岁占75.4％。淬死病因:心血管疾病27例(占44.2％),脑血管疾病20例(32.8％),呼吸系疾病6例(9.8％),消化系疾病和其它疾病各4例(各占6.6％)。占同时住院病死患者的9.9％。季节:猝死于11月～1月22例(36.1％),2月～4月17例(27.9％),5月～7月16例(26.2％),8月～
