目的 :研究血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和诱生型一氧化氮合成酶 (iNOS)在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的关系 ,并分析两者表达的相关性。方法 :采用逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)技术 ,检测 4 0例新鲜喉鳞状细胞癌标本和远离肿瘤的正常喉组织中的VEGF和iNOS的mRNA表达。结果 :VEGF和iNOS在肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率明显高于正常组织 (P <0 .0 1) ;在肿瘤组织中 ,两者的表达与患者的性别、年龄、病变部位、T分期无关 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,而与病理分化程度和颈淋巴结转移相关 (P<0 .0 5及 P<0 .0 1) ,在肿瘤组织中两者的表达存在相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :VEGF和iNOS在喉鳞状细胞癌的生长、发展和转移中起重要作用 ,两者可能通过相互上调表达而密切相关 ,共同参与喉鳞状细胞癌的生长、发展和转移。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features, and to analyze the correlation between them Sex. Methods: The mRNA expression of VEGF and iNOS in 40 laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma specimens and normal laryngeal tissues away from the tumor were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: The positive rates of VEGF and iNOS in tumor tissues were significantly higher than those in normal tissues (P <0.01). The expression of VEGF and iNOS in tumor tissues was not related to the gender, age, lesion location and T stage P> 0.05), but correlated with the degree of pathological differentiation and cervical lymph node metastasis (P <0.05 and P <0.01), but there was a significant correlation between them (P <0. 0 5). Conclusion: VEGF and iNOS play an important role in the growth, development and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Both of them may play an important role in the up-regulation and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
