[背景]观察红花黄色素治疗老年糖尿病合并脑梗死的疗效.[病例报告]选择老年糖尿病合并脑梗死病人100例,在常规治疗基础上静脉注射给予红花黄色素,每日1次,共14d,观察治疗前后餐前、餐后血糖及C肽水平.静脉注射给予红花黄色素治疗后患者餐前、餐后血液C肽水平明显升高,血糖水平明显降低(P<0.01).[讨论]红花黄色素对老年糖尿病合并脑梗死具有辅助治疗作用.
