伴随着从计划经济体制向市场经济体制转轨的进程,中国劳动力市场开始形成并逐渐发育。总体而言,我国的劳动力资源配置方式发生了明显变化,市场机制的作用逐渐增强,但同时,劳动力市场机制仍不够完善,日趋固化的市场分割严重损害了市场效率。近年来,政府日益重视劳动力市场规制,加强立法规范,以提高劳动保护的程度。
With the process of transition from a planned economy to a market economy, China’s labor market started to develop and gradually developed. Overall, the allocation of labor resources in our country has undergone significant changes, and the role of market mechanism has been gradually strengthened. However, at the same time, the labor market mechanism is still not perfect. The increasingly solidified market segmentation has seriously damaged market efficiency. In recent years, the government has paid increasing attention to the labor market regulation and strengthened its legislation and standards so as to raise the level of labor protection.
