研究了天然单晶金刚石刀具对铜、铝合金进行超精切削加工时,材料的组织、性能与残余应力对表面质量如反射率、面形、显微粗糙度等的影响,并就优化表面特性和加工工序进行了探讨。
The effects of microstructure, properties and residual stress on surface quality such as reflectivity, surface shape and microscopic roughness of natural single-crystal diamond tool during super-precision machining of copper and aluminum alloy were studied. And processing processes were discussed.
