目的:对人性化护理干预用于老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的效果进行分析。方法:选择2013年3月至2014年3月广州市正骨医院接受治疗的126例老年下肢骨折患者,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,各63例,两组均采用手术治疗。对照组给予常规的手术室护理,观察组给予人性化的手术室护理。观察和对比两组患者的护理满意率、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果:入院时两组患者的SAS及SDS评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组的SAS及SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意率95.24%明显高于对照组80.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理干预用于老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中可明显改善患者的不良情绪,有效提高患者的护理满意率。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of humanized nursing intervention in the operation room care of elderly patients with lower extremity fracture. Methods: A total of 126 elderly patients with lower extremity fractures treated at Guangzhou Zhenggou Hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 63 cases in each group. Surgical treatment was performed in both groups. The control group was given routine operating room care and the observation group was given humanized operation room care. The satisfaction rate of nursing, self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were observed and compared between two groups. Results: There were significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups on admission (P <0.05). After treatment, SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) The nursing satisfaction rate of group 95.24% was significantly higher than that of control group 80.95%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Humanized nursing intervention for the elderly patients with lower extremity fracture surgery room care can significantly improve the patient’s bad emotions, effectively improve the patient satisfaction rate of nursing.
