卫生部制定的《人体器官移植技术临床应用管理暂行规定》自2007年7月1日起施行。规定明确提出,人体器官不得买卖;医疗机构临床用于移植的器官必须经捐赠者书面同意;捐赠者有权在器官移植前拒绝捐赠器官。规定要求,未取得器官移植相应专业诊疗科目登记的医疗机构不得开展人体器官移植。本文对此具体探讨了器官商业化的危害及应对措施。
The “Provisional Regulations on Clinical Application Management of Human Organ Transplantation Technology” formulated by the Ministry of Health shall come into force on July 1, 2007. Provisions made it clear that the sale of human organs can not be sold; medical institutions for transplant organs must be written consent of the donor; donors have the right to organ donation before organ donation. The regulations require that medical institutions not registered in the corresponding specialized medical departments for organ transplantation may not carry out human organ transplantation. This article specifically discusses the harm of organ commercialization and countermeasures.
