作为国家税收收入的主要来源,中小企业的发展能够对就业机会的创造、经济增长以及经济发展等作出重要的贡献。税收优惠政策能够帮助中小企业的健康发展。因此,本课题主要针对目前我国中小企业税收优惠政策方面存在的问题,提出鼓励我国中小企业税收优惠政策的合理手段,以此有助于我国中小企业的积极、健康发展。
