泗顶铅锌矿1985年经上级批准实行矿长负责制,1986年实行第一轮企业承包和矿长任期目标责任制,到1990年底全面实现“七五”期间矿长任期目标,企业跨入国家二级企业行列,为国家做出了贡献。泗顶矿超期服役十多年,近年资源枯竭、设备老化、人员超编、原材料和电力供应紧张、资金短缺。在如此困难的条件下,该矿却能年年完成和超额完成国家计划任
Si Ding lead-zinc mine was approved by the higher level in 1985. In 1986, the first round of enterprise contract and the target responsibility system of the head of the miners were implemented. By the end of 1990, the goal of the head of the miners during the “Seventh Five-year Plan” was fully realized. Two state-level enterprise ranks, made a contribution to the country. Over ten years of service, Siding Mine has been depleted of resources, aging equipment, staffing over the years, and has tight supply of raw materials and electricity and a shortage of funds. Under such difficult conditions, the mine was able to complete and overcommit the country’s plan every year
