提高红掌愈伤组织的诱导率能提高红掌组培的产量。通过对红掌无菌小苗外植体不同部位诱导愈伤组织的研究,本文探讨不同浓度配比的激素对红掌不同部位的外植体愈伤组织诱导产生的影响。结果表明用红掌无菌小苗叶作为外植体诱导愈伤组织要好过叶柄,最利于红掌无菌小苗诱导产生愈伤组织的是用叶作为外植体在培养基1/2MS大量+MS微量+MS有机+0.3mg/L2,4-D中进行诱导。
Increasing the callus induction rate can improve the yield of Anthurium andraeanum tissue culture. Through the study on callus induction from different parts of aseptic explants of Anthurium andraeanum, the effects of hormones with different concentrations on the callus induction of explants in different parts of Anthurium andraeanum were investigated. The results showed that using Anthurium andraeanum seedlings as explants to induce callus was better than petiole, the most suitable method for inducing callus by Anthurium andraeanum seedlings was using leaves as explants in medium 1/2 MS mass + MS Micro + MS organic + 0.3mg / L2,4-D induction.
