应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对材料特性和母线形状参数对变幅杆主要性能的影响进行了分析,并结合铝合金铸造的特点,设计了一种适应于铝合金铸造用的全波长双阶梯形级联变幅杆。应用该软件对变幅杆进行模态分析,并对加工出来的双阶梯形变幅杆进行了相关试验。结果表明,采用该方法设计的变幅杆,试验所得性能参数值与仿真值达到一致。实际生产表明,该双阶梯型变幅杆各项参数都达到了设计要求,且具有耐腐蚀、抗疲劳,强稳定性等特点。
The influence of material properties and busbar shape parameters on the main performance of the horn was analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software. The software was applied to analyze the modal analysis of the horn, and the experiments were carried out on the double-stepped horn. The results show that the performance of the horn with this method design parameters and simulation values to achieve the same. The actual production shows that the parameters of the dual ladder horn have reached the design requirements, and has corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, strong stability and so on.
