近年来围产医学发展很快,产前诊断普遍重视。研究预测胎儿体重是了解胎儿官内发育情况的简捷方法;也是决定分娩方式的一个重要依据。自从1978年重庆医学院提出“头位难产评分法”以来,提高了广大产科工作者对头位性难产的认识,并对处理头位性难产,正确决定分娩方式提出具体方法。但对其中胎儿体重评分这一项,感到缺乏客观依据,单凭眼力和经验估计误差很大。为了缩小误差,不少单位提出了关于胎儿体重预测计算公式。每个公式都有自己的特点;但都存在着复杂的计算过程,不便普及应用,为了方便临床,我们在诸家计算公式的基础上,研制出胎儿体重预测计算尺(如图1、2、3所示),为预测胎儿体重提供一种新的医疗器具。
In recent years, rapid development of perinatal medicine, prenatal diagnosis of universal attention. Research to predict fetal weight is an easy way to understand fetal internal development; it is also an important basis for determining the mode of delivery. Since 1978, Chongqing Medical College put forward the “first-class dystocia score method”, the majority of obstetric workers to raise awareness of head-of-state dystocia, and deal with the first dystocia, the exact decision of the mode of delivery specific methods. But one of the fetus weight rating this one, feel the lack of an objective basis, alone, eyesight and experience estimation error is very large. In order to reduce the error, many units put forward the calculation formula of fetal weight prediction. Each formula has its own characteristics; but there are complex computational processes, inconvenient to popularize the application, in order to facilitate the clinical, we calculate formulas based on various formulas, developed a fetal weight prediction slide rule (Figure 1,2, 3), a new medical device for predicting fetal weight.
