新年伊始,国务院就召开了全国贯彻实施行政许可法工作会议。国务院总理、副总理、国务委员、国务院秘书 长亲临大会,各省、自治区、直辖市的省长、主席、市长和分管领导,各部委部长、主任,各省、自治区、直辖市政府法 制办主任,各部委法规司司长参加了会议。会议规格之高,充分说明国家对贯彻实施行政许可法的重视。 行政许可法已于去年8月份经全国人大常委会审议通过,将于今年7月1日起正式施行。行政许可法是继国 家赔偿法、行政处罚法、行政复议法之后又一部规范政府共同行为的重要法律。这是我国社会主义民主与法制建 设的一件大事,对各级政府工作将产生重大而深远的影响。
At the beginning of the new year, the State Council held a working conference on implementing the law of administrative licensing across the country. The Premier, Vice Premier, State Councilor and Secretary General of the State Council personally visit the General Assembly, governors, chairmen, mayors and leaders in charge of various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, ministers and directors of various ministries and commissions, and director of the Legislative Affairs Office of governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government Director of the Regulation Division attended the meeting. The high standard of the conference fully demonstrates that the state attaches importance to the implementation of the law on administrative licensing. The Administrative Licensing Law was approved by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress in August last year and will come into force on July 1 this year. The law of administrative permission is another important law regulating the common behavior of the government after the law of national compensation, the law of administrative punishment and the law of administrative reconsideration. This is a major event for the construction of socialist democracy and legal system in our country and will have a significant and far-reaching impact on the work of government at all levels.
