新疆野苹果是蔷薇科苹果属塞威士种,产于伊犁、塔城地区,分布面积约9万亩,年产鲜果15000吨。其果实较小,酸度大,有较重的苦涩味,不宜鲜食。当地农民将其作为饲料,喂饲动物,从未发现毒性表现。本实验研究中所用的野苹果汁是由乌鲁木齐县饮料厂提供的原汁(每毫升相当于1g野苹果),试验前将原汁浓缩或稀释成所需的浓度。
Xinjiang wild apple is Rosaceae apple is a Serbia species, produced in Ili, Tacheng area, the distribution area of about 90000 acres, with an annual output of 15000 tons of fresh fruit. The fruit is small, acidity, heavier bitter taste, not fresh. Local farmers use it as a feed, animal feed, never found toxic manifestations. Wild apple juice used in this study is raw juice provided by Urumqi County Beverage Factory (equivalent to 1 g of wild apples per milliliter). The juice is concentrated or diluted to the desired concentration before the test.
