21世纪是一个充满挑战和竞争的时代,也是一个充满机遇和希望的时代。社会的发展,科技的进步,必然对社会的每一个成员提出新的要求。在新的时代里,教育将继续担负着振兴经济、振兴民族、振兴中华的历史重任。教育是培养人的活动,只要有学生,就必须有教师;只要有教育,就离不开教师。所以教师这一职业光荣而神圣。在信息化,知识化和全球化的时代,人们对教育给予了更多的关注和期待,也对教师提出了更高的要求。因此,教师应充分认识自我,克服自己的不足,不断地适应新的形势,应对竞争和挑战,以适应社会变革和教育事业日益发展的需要。
