血液系统反应是药物不良反应中较常见和较严重的一种,其发生率约占药物不良反应中的10％。继发于药物的血液病,常见的有粒细胞减少(或缺乏)、血小板减少、再生障碍性贫血(简称再障)、溶血性贫血和巨幼红细胞贫血等。能引起这些疾病的药物多种多样,见于国内外文献者已有数百种,有的只影响一、二种血细胞系,有的则同时损害三种血细胞系而引起全血
