应用分光光度法测定冠舒片中总黄酮的含导,离子对萃取比色法测定元胡全碱的含量。实验结果表明,该法可行,适宜药品生产单位作为质量控制方法。
The content of total flavonoids in Guanshu Tablets was determined by spectrophotometry, and the content of total flavonoids in Yuanshu was determined by ion-pair extraction. The experimental results show that this method is feasible and suitable for pharmaceutical production units as quality control methods.
