引言利用扶壁来稳固边坡已经应用于许多地方的采矿工程和土建工程建设(Richards和Stimpson,1977年)。大多扶壁是在已经不稳定边坡的坡脚处堆放大石块、木垛和其它材料作为负荷,以提高抗滑力。提高抗滑力是通过抵抗滑动力、增大破坏路径长度和强度来实现的。本文叙述在卡西阿(Cassiar)矿南帮设计中整体岩石扶壁的岩土工程技术条件和采矿设计情况。整体岩石扶壁的作用是使边坡角放缓,降低边坡高度,从而提高边坡稳定性。不需要设置其它实际建筑,而是正常
INTRODUCTION The use of buttresses to stabilize slopes has been used in many areas for mining and civil engineering (Richards and Stimpson, 1977). Most of the buttresses are piled stones, woodpiles and other materials as load at the foot of an unstable slope to improve the anti-slip force. To improve the anti-skid force is achieved by resisting the sliding force and increasing the length and intensity of damage path.
