肖孚云是恩施市芭蕉侗族乡戽口村党支部书记、村委会主任。他1994年起担任村委会主任,2004年被推选为村支书。20多年来,他组织村民结成互助组,有钱出钱、有力出力,建成通组达户的“交通网”;带领村民发展茶园8500亩,当前茶园亩平收入已突破7000元;发动村民开展特色民居改造,如今“青瓦白墙木门窗”的特色民居已经成为侗乡一道美丽风景。2015年4月,肖孚云被授予“全国劳动模范”称号。
