急性氨中毒12例临床分析

本文报告急性氨中毒12例,其中11例损害了眼睛;8例合并急性肺水肿;4例发展为呼吸衰竭行气管切开术和高压氧治疗;1例死亡。治疗的关键在于控制肺水肿和预防肺部感染,但不可忽视眼睛损伤的处理。

This article reports 12 cases of acute ammonia poisoning, of which 11 cases of damage to the eyes; 8 cases of acute pulmonary edema; 4 cases of respiratory failure and tracheostomy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy; 1 case of death. The key to treatment is to control pulmonary edema and prevent lung infection, but can not ignore the treatment of eye damage.
