Sapomino-Stem Dissection (SAID) is a disturbing disjunction that occurs in the connective tissue between the sinus node and the atrium. SAID sinus node and atrial (or atrioventricular junctional area, ventricular, the following omitted) issued by the impulse to the sinoatrial connected area for expansion, the two meet in that area. Occasionally, the area is stimulated by the sinus node at an absolute refractory period, for the arrival of atrial ectopic impulse can not be delayed, resulting in absolute interference. Occasionally, on the contrary, atrial ectopic impulse first excited sinus node connection area, so that a slight delay in the sinus node impulse can not pass the area. Sometimes the impulse between the two can arrive at the same time, each excited part of the sinoatrial connected tissue. In short, in the above three cases, the impulse of both the occurrence of absolute interference in the sinoatrial junction area, can not invade each other rhythm point.
