8月11日,由中国农学会组织的专家组,对全国农技推广服务中心主持完成的“水稻重大病虫害分区治理对策与监控技术”成果按照科技部科技成果评价标准进行了评价。专家组一致认为,该成果系统开展了水稻重大病虫害大区域发生危害调查研究,提出了水稻重大病虫害区域灾变理论和防控新策略,创建了监测技术体系,构建了区域性防控技术模式,应用成效显著,技术整体达到国际先进水平。
